Welcome

I am so grateful we can connect during these uncertain times. Having a space to process your emotions and receive support is essential and deeply beneficial. While it can feel scary to reach out for support, it is an incredibly brave and honorable step towards the life you value and deserve.

My Work

  • I help women process and heal from trauma, cultivate a strong, unwavering sense of self, and develop assertive and boundary setting behaviors in order to create a life that is in-line with their wants, needs, and values.

  • I help couples dedicated to the therapeutic process who are looking to develop effective and compassionate communication techniques to deepen their relationship.

  • I help artists work through creative blocks and reconnect to their passion.

  •  I help Highly Sensitive People learn what it means to be a sensitive individual in a not-so sensitive society. High sensitivity is a trait that affects 15 to 20% of the population. Individuals with this personality trait experience "an increased sensitivity of the central nervous system and a deeper cognitive processing of physical, social and emotional stimuli."(Boterberg, Sofie; Warreyn, Petra; 2016) You're not "too sensitive". On the contrary, this trait can be a real superpower if cultivated with care. I help HSP's develop a deeper understanding of themselves as well as provide tools for nurturing a meaningful and fulfilling life.
