Process group for creative, sensitive women: Using ACT and self compassion to help you get back to your passion!
This is a group for highly sensitive, creative women to come together, learn from one another, and develop a deeper understanding of their values and goals. It will run 90 minutes once a week, virtual for the foreseeable future, possibly moving to in-person when it is safe to do so. I will be using ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and self-compassion to guide and support you. There will be take home assignments each week and time to share in the following session. The first goal of this group is to help you develop a clear understanding of your values and goals and how to prioritize them consistently. The second goal is to help you perceive and cultivate your sensitivity as a strength.
